Moving a package across a border involves more than handing it to a carrier: it needs the right paperwork, a declared value, a customs classification, and a trusted partner on the destination side. QMS handles all of it as a single service, so for you it works like any other courier: hand it off, track it, receive it.

• Receiving in El Paso: drop your package off at 610 S Mesa St, or have any US carrier deliver it to us.
• Inspection and prep: we verify the contents against your declaration and package it for the crossing.
• Border crossing: our team crosses your shipment with the correct customs documentation.
• Delivery in Mexico: to Ciudad Juárez the same or next day; to the rest of Mexico through our delivery partners.
• Canada and overseas: shipments bound for Canada or international destinations move through our carrier partners with full export documentation.
• Tracking and updates: status updates at each stage, and a real person just a message away when you have questions.

Most everyday merchandise crosses without trouble: clothing, electronics, tools, auto parts, household goods, gifts, and commercial inventory. Some categories (perishables, batteries in bulk, liquids, regulated goods) need extra paperwork or cannot cross at all; if you are unsure, ask us before you buy and we will confirm it for you.
